We're excited to introduce our 2020 grantee Sicang
We're excited to introduce our 2020 grantee Sicangu Community Development, a 1-acre agricultural nonprofit organization in Mission, SD, that produces a wide range of vegetables, as well as eggs and honey. 🍯  With their $2,519 grant, they will be able to purchase fruit trees, shrubs, a chipper/shredder, cover crop seeds, and a tilther tool, which will help them transition to a no-till agricultural model and provide fruit to an area that’s considered a food desert. ☀️ @sicangucdc ☀️ Learn more through the link in our bio. #SmallFarmsBigImpacts #SmallFarmGrants2020
